We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Videographer to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality video content across multiple platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing professional footage and ensuring strong visual quality from planning through delivery.
About us
AVdesign is a fast-growing production company based in Billund. Our team brings together animators, CG artists, producers, videographers, and creatives from different nationalities and backgrounds, working on projects across platforms for clients around the world.
No two weeks look the same here – and that’s how we like it.
You will join our video department, consisting of skilled and dedicated colleagues who value quality and collaboration. The video team consists of five full-time employees, and we frequently work with freelancers, as well.
About the role
As our new Videographer, you will be responsible for planning and executing video shoots in close collaboration with producers and our DOP . You will play a key role in translating ideas into strong visual content that meets both creative and client expectations.
You will support the creation of a wide variety of visual media, including branded content, corporate productions, social formats, event coverage, commercials, and live productions.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute video shoots on loca9on and in studio
Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment
Set up, organize, test, and help maintain equipment
Ensure high technical and visual quality in all recordings
Collaborate closely with producers, editors, and clients
Contribute to creative development and visual storytelling
Deliver material according to agreed timelines
Your profile
Solid experience as a videographer
Strong technical understanding of camera, lighting, and sound
Structured and detail-oriented approach to shoots and handling equipment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented
Fluent in English (fluent in Danish is a plus)
Licensed to drive in Denmark and able to drive a grip truck and/or van
Experience with drone operation, live/event production, or basic editing is a plus.

Working hours are 37 hours per week. The role is based in Billund, Denmark. Remote working is not possible.

Du er med til at omsætte idéer til visuelt stærkt indhold, der lever op til både kreative ambitioner og kundens forventninger.
Du kommer til at arbejde med alt fra branded content og corporate produktioner til sociale medier, events, reklamefilm og live produktioner.

Planlægge og gennemføre optagelser – både on location og i studie
Betjene kamera, lys og lyd
Klargøre, teste og vedligeholde udstyr
Sikre høj teknisk og visuel kvalitet i optagelser
Samarbejde tæt med producere, editors og kunder
Bidrage til idéudvikling og visuel storytelling
Levere materiale til aftalte deadlines
Din profil
Erfaring som videograf
God teknisk forståelse for kamera, lys og lyd
Struktureret og detaljeorienteret tilgang
Trives i et miljø med tempo og variation
Proaktiv, samarbejdende og løsningsorienteret
Flydende engelsk (dansk er en fordel)
Kørekort og komfortabel med at køre varebil/grejbil
Ekstra plus: erfaring med drone, live/event produktion eller redigering.

Arbejdstiden er 37 timer om ugen. Stillingen er baseret i Billund, Danmark. Det er ikke muligt at arbejde remote.
